2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking

• Clients can book our Services by filling out the inquiry form on our Website or by calling the number listing on our website under the page “Book An Event.” We will confirm availability and provide a detailed quote based on the client’s requirements.
• Bookings are confirmed once the client receives a confirmation email from us.

2.2 Payment

• Payment details, including pricing and payment methods, will be provided in the confirmation email.
• A deposit may be required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Client Cancellations

• Clients who wish to cancel their reservation are asked to do so as soon as possible, for that performers can free their schedule to other opportunities.

3.2 Company Cancellations

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking, we will provide a full refund of all payments made, regardless of the time frame of the cancellation.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for our performers.
• Clients must ensure that all participants adhere to appropriate behavior during the event.
• Clients must inform us of any special requirements or conditions at the time of booking.

5. Limitations of Liability

• Galactic Hero Events performers do their utmost to provide a fun, safe performance. That said, Galactic Hero Events is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the event unless directly caused by our negligence as a company. Any negligence on the part of a performer, in the unlikely event that it happens, is exclusively the responsibility of the performer.
• We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or other unforeseen events.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Galactic Hero Events and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Clients may not use our intellectual property without our express prior written consent.
